MFG Tray ESD conveyor trays and ESD assembly trays are specifically designed for electrical component assembly and compatibility with conveyors or cart transport systems, and possess superior physical properties over thermoplastic and corrugated products. These trays are available with or without drop sides in a variety of dimensions to readily integrate with existing conveyance systems. Stacking designs are also offered in certain models.

Fiberstat conveyor and assembly trays ensure complete protection from electrostatic discharge for the life of the product. They may be used consistently in temperatures ranging from -60° to 250° F (-51° to 121° C) and are resistant to cutting oils, greases, solvents, mild acids and alkaline solutions within a pH rating of 3.0 – 10.0. Trays are easily cleaned in hot water or steam with standard detergents.
