MFG Tray drying trays are designed to facilitate the fast and thorough drying of confectionery products. Open sides and/or ends promote air circulation, and the stacking design eliminates the need for separate drying racks. They can be used continuously in temperatures ranging from -60° to 250° F (-51° to 121° C) and may be steam cleaned or machine washed. They are available in three colors.
