About Molded Fiber Glass Tray Company
MFG Tray Company manufactures over 300 different material handling trays, containers, and boxes for material handling. From machinery and electronics to transportation and metalworking, a wide variety of industries use MFG Tray’s products as core elements of their processing solution. Many businesses prefer MFG Tray’s products because they’re:
- Dimensionally Stable
MFG Tray’s containers maintain their original shape and structural integrity even in the wake of a rugged material handling process and harsh environmental conditions. So, whether it’s hot, cold, humid, or arid, MFG Tray’s composite material can consistently handle heavy loads and be integrated into machine applications without becoming misshapen. - Super Stackable
Due to our products’ dimensional stability, they’re better for stacking than the thermoplastic alternative. Not only will they not bend or sag under heavy loads, but they’re also nestable when empty and stackable when full, saving you a ton of room on the shop floor. For products that demand drying time, MFG Tray has various stacking trays that also offer ample ventilation and uniform temperature distribution. - Rust and Corrosion-Free
Unlike their metal counterparts, MFG’s glass-reinforced composite products will not rust or corrode. Furthermore, our trays and containers are resistant to chemicals such as mild acids, detergents, and alkaline solutions between a pH range of 3.0 and 12.0. Our composite products are also impervious to cutting oils, grease, and radiation. - Heat and Cold Resistant
Turn up the heat or cool things down with MFG’s material handling products. Our composite material can handle continuous temperatures ranging from -60° to 250° F (-51° to 121° C) and intermittent temperatures up to 300° F. - Exceptionally Strong
If you’re dealing with a heavy product, MFG Trays are a must-have. Our trays and containers offer unrivaled strength and weight-carrying capacity thanks to their composite design. In fact, their strength-to-weight ratio exceeds that of aluminum or steel. We have various standard products that can handle up to 800+ pounds. - Ergonomic and Lightweight
MFG Tray’s trays and totes aren’t only ideal for machine integration, they’re also well-suited for helping supply-chain teams move easier and more efficiently. With an ergonomic design, they’re easy to carry and stack. Plus, if you opt for the Ultra-Lite option, they’re 40% lighter than standard fiberglass products and still maintain their strength and durability. - Reliable
We build our containers to last, even in the most severe and heavy-duty environments, ultimately yielding a high return on investment for our customers. In fact, many of our customers report using their trays and containers for up to 15 years without replacing them. - Fabricated Options
MFG Tray’s staple products are beloved by many manufacturers across the globe. But MFG Tray doesn’t rest on its laurels. We’re here to help customers with incredibly specific fabrication requests. Whether we’re adding drain holes, slots, grommets, or grooves, we’ll help you optimize your material handling process with the right individualized equipment. - Customizable
MFG Tray develops customized solutions for specific material-handling challenges and applications. Whether you’re in the food service industry, electronics market, agricultural sector, or another other industry that requires a unique material handling solution, we encourage you to contact MFG Tray to discuss your handling and design requirements.
